Bookings are settled by invoice or bank transfer, or in person where that arrangement applies. This website does not process card payments, and you should not enter card details on it.
The payment method and any reference required for your booking will be confirmed to you directly. Payment terms confirmed with your booking form part of these terms.
Requests to change or cancel a booking should be made as early as possible using the contact details on this site. Changes made before the booking period starts can usually be accommodated more easily than changes made during it.
A rate agreed for one period or product may be recalculated if your dates or requirements change. Cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed with your reservation.
The same applies to flight changes. If your return date moves, tell us before your booked period ends so we can check what the car park can hold.
Parking rates are structured around time bands, and exiting later than the period your booking covers may result in an overstay charge in accordance with the operator's terms. Time limits in pick-up and drop-off areas also apply and are enforced by the operator.
You are responsible for exiting within your booked period. We are not able to waive charges applied by the operator for exceeding a booked or permitted period.
Practical note
Build a buffer for delayed baggage and slow terminal exits, particularly on international arrivals in the evening peak. If you expect to run over, call the team so we can check the options rather than leaving it to the exit barrier.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from parking arrangements made with a car park operator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.

No. An enquiry is a request. Your parking is confirmed only once we have written back with the details, the rate and the period covered. Until that reply arrives, treat nothing as held.
No card payments are taken here. Settle by invoice or bank transfer, or in person where that arrangement applies to your booking. Never enter card details into any form on this site.
The operator sets its own drive-up rates, and those can change without notice. For airport parking Sydney travellers usually book ahead of time, the confirmed rate in your booking is the one that applies to your stay.
Call the team as soon as you know. Operators apply overstay charges for time beyond the booked period, and those charges sit with the operator rather than with us. Speaking to us early gives the best chance of sorting the exit smoothly.
